Running and Athletic Assessment

Looking to improve your running performance, prevent injuries, or take your training to the next level? Our Running & Athletic Assessment is designed for runners and athletes of all levels from beginners to competitive performers.

Whats the Problem?

25% of runners are injured at any one time with up to 50-90% suffering from an injury each year. With modifiable risk factors being some of the main causes of injury.
